Shoals Yoga is a space for everyone. We recognize the vital need for connection, support, love, and community. We come together to access and remember the sacred nature of our hearts while taking care of our bodies and minds. In our new downtown studio, along with yoga and meditation classes, we also gather round communal tables and bars to share tea, ideas, stories, laughter, tears, and all the other experiences that make us human. We have a full range of our favorite products sourced from ethically responsible artisans and vendors and can’t wait to share it all with you.
